刚刚看到的消息，Gettyimages 23日宣布9千6百万收购Jupiterimages,目前还在等待股东批准，整个并购流程估计的几个月。

不知道这次收购对两家旗下的IS和SXP有什么影响？目前的消息是Jupiterimages的品牌和销售将继续保留着，不过并购过程怎么也得几个月吧？估计到那时才有比较确切的消息。
Gettyimages已经是图片界的巨头老大了,再并购三巨头之一的Jupiterimages,看来是想打造图片界的航母巨无霸了,不知业内如cobis之类的对手有何感想.
最近也许可以多往SXP发片，没准哪天两个平台合并了，那些被IS拒绝的垃圾片子也能转到IS平台上卖 ,哈哈，玩笑了。

经过一个漫长的等待，snapvillage终于来信通知升级成功了。snapvillage宣称此次升级是次重要的升级，使用了新的数据中心和服务器，snapvillage期望依此能拥有个世界级的Micros website.
这次升级耗费的时间比我预计的要长，据snapvillage来信说是由于大量文件转移到新的服务器上耗费了大量的时间，但我觉得作为正试图跻身世界顶级Micros网站的snapvillage而言，出现这样的问题有些不应该，显然他们有些估计不足了，看来snapvillage的路还很长。。。
刚才去访问了snapvillage，感觉页面显示还是不顺畅，但基本功能好像都正常了,。以前基本很难成功的多文件上传，测试也 Ok了，这应该是个好消息。
After a long waiting, snapvillage announced that the Site Outage Update was finished.It's a significant upgrade to the website, snapvillage said, and they hope it can make a world-class website for the long term. A new data center and servers are used in this upgrade.It took a long time to transfer the files to new servers，told by the letter from snapvillage,it's not good news for a world-class website, but I think maybe the newbie for Micros website always has some problems in their progress, I hope the way to world-class Micro website is not so long for snapvillage. :)
